For Digital Downloads:
Since digital downloads (like our guided meditation audio’s or printable products) are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable. Once the files are downloaded, they’re yours to keep! If you experience any issues with your digital download (like trouble accessing the files), please reach out to us at SwirlingChakra@gmail.com —we’re happy to help fix any technical problems to ensure you’re satisfied.
For Physical Products:
We want you to love your new boho-inspired treasures! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, here’s what you can do:
- Returns: You can return your unused and unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the item is in its original packaging and condition.
- How to Initiate a Return: Simply email us at SwirilingChakras@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with the return instructions.
- Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment, but you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead!
Damaged or Defective Items:
Oh no! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at SwirlingChakra@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund, depending on your preference.
